The Coder performs review of medical records abstracting HCC-codes following ICD-10 Official Guidelines and Client Specific Guidelines. The Coder performs abstraction for the following projects including but not limited to– Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid.

This is a full-time Ancillary Coder position with Work from Home Opportunity. The Coder performs review of medical records abstracting ICD 10 CM & Occasional CPT codes following Facility specific Coding Guidelines.
