ANCILLARY CODER POSITION
(PERMANENT WFH)
Overview
This is a full-time Ancillary Coder position with Permanent Work from Home Opportunity. The Coder performs review of medical records abstracting ICD 10 CM & Occasional CPT codes following Facility specific Coding Guidelines. The Coder performs coding for the following – Radiology, Lab & Pathology, Recurrent visits, and some biopsies records.
Role Responsibilities
- Review & code patient medical records based on client specific guidelines & ICD-10 official guidelines for the project.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, LCD/NCD edits.
- Follow & maintain current knowledge of ICD-10 codes, CPT guidance, Coding Clinics, updates, and regulations for accurate coding.
- Maintain minimum quality standard of 95% accuracy or higher
- Maintain productivity standards based on project requirements.
- Must comply with HIPAA compliance and maintain highest level of confidentiality.

Role Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 year of Core Ancillary Coding experience.
- Strong experience in ICD-10 Coding.
- Certification will be considered an added advantage.
- Tech savviness and comfortable with adaptation to new technologies and software’s.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Should be able to join immediately.
- Should have own laptop or computer (Minimum specifications should be met) with highspeed broadband facility.
