E&M MULTI-SPECIALTY CODER POSITION
(PERMANENT WFH)
Overview
This is a full-time E&M Coder position with Work from Home Opportunity. The Coder performs review of medical records abstracting ICD 10 CM, CPT, E&M Levels & HCPCS Codes following Client specific Coding Guidelines. The Coder performs coding for the following including but not limited to – Office Visits, Telehealth Visits, Consultations, Ancillary Services.
Role Responsibilities
- Review & abstract patient medical records to assign ICD-10 CM, CPT & E&M Levels, for a multi-specialty project based on client specific guidelines
- Maintain Working Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, Modifiers following the protocols & regulations
- Follow & maintain current knowledge of ICD-10 codes, CPT guidance, Coding Clinics, updates, and regulations for accurate coding
- Handling query process for insufficient documentation
- Maintain minimum quality standard of 95% accuracy or higher
- Maintain productivity standards based on project requirements
- Must comply with HIPAA compliance and maintain highest level of confidentiality

Role Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Core E&M Coding experience in atleast 3 or more specialties from the below list
- Strong experience in ICD-10 & CPT Coding
- Certification will be an added advantage
- Tech savviness and comfortable with adaptation to new technologies and software’s
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Should be able to join immediately
- Should have own laptop or computer (Minimum specifications should be met) with highspeed broadband facility
